Gimme Sympathy by Metric would have to be my anthem for this summer. While we were on tour through Western Canada in June, we had satellite radio in our rental car. This meant we could listen to CBC radio 3 all the time! It was fabulous! This was the first time i heard the new Metric song and i fell in love with it. I bought it on iTunes when i got back to Halifax and have played it in my car almost everyday this summer. It’s nice when you fall in love with music, and it’s even nicer when that music is Canadian.
