I have never listened to Lightning Dust before, but they had me from the first listen of "I knew." I love how it starts off a little country/rock and as soon as the synths kick in it's rock 'n roll, (I have a soft spot for synths.) As soon as it gets to the chorus they grab you with a catchy chorus of "I knew's". The lyrics are lighthearted, intimate, and memorable. Just the kind of tune for driving on a hot summers day, or rocking out in your living room. |
