Laura Smith

Laura Smith is a very talented singer-songwriter from Vancouver, BC Canada. Laura is joined by Andrew Braun, Jeff Riedlinger (Sam Bradley) and Johnny Andrews (Tegan and Sara, DB Clifford, Holly McNarland) for the release of the band’s debut album, titled Sea of Stars in November 2008.  The band is currently playing their first beyond the Prairies and will be back home in Vancouver to play at the Granville Island Market Stage for the Vancouver Jazz Festival on Sunday June 28th, 2009. The band has played dates with notable fellow musicians such as Nicole Atkins, Mother Mother, Tim Finn (of Crowded House), the 1900’s, Said the Whale, Jon and Roy, Current Swell, Adaline, and The Liptonians.
